This Privacy Policy explains how Lets Do Good Stuff LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Ekadia (the "Service"). We aim to collect the minimum information needed to run a good product.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and authentication details (handled by our authentication provider).
Content you create. Maps, campaigns, and assets you upload are stored so we can host them for you.
Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details; we receive limited billing metadata such as plan, status, and invoice history.
Usage and technical data. We collect standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and basic product usage events to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
to process subscriptions and send billing communications;
to respond to support requests;
to protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party advertising profiles.

3. Guests

Players can join a table from a shared link without creating an account. For guests we process only what is needed to run the session — a temporary display name and standard technical logs.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

Service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, authentication, payments, email), under agreements limiting their use of your data;
Other participants in your games, to the extent you share content or a display name at a table;
Authorities when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public;
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the Service secure. This marketing site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Content on free plans may expire under the limits described on our pricing page. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Your rights

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
