Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ekadia, the browser-based virtual tabletop service (the "Service") operated by Lets Do Good Stuff LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Ekadia lets you build, host, and play on virtual tabletop maps in your web browser. Parts of the Service are available free of charge; other features, including hosted persistent campaigns and expanded asset storage, require a paid subscription.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Notify us promptly at allen@letsdogoodstuff.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
4. Free plan limits
Content hosted under the free plan is subject to the limits described on our pricing page, including expiration of boards after extended inactivity. We are not liable for content removed under these documented limits.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of maps, assets, and other content you upload or create in the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including third-party asset kits.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- harass, abuse, or harm other users;
- resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and built-in assets, is owned by Lets Do Good Stuff LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination we may delete your User Content after a reasonable period.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost. Keep local copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lets Do Good Stuff LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lets Do Good Stuff LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
